MD Vélar ehf. is introducing the new S6R2-T2MPTAW3M engine. This is a high power and fuel efficient 6 cylinder marine engine.
The new released S6R2-T2MPTAW3M is part of one of Mitsubishi’s long time bestselling SR-series. It is a compact designed 30 liter inline 6 cylinder engine with 691 kW/1,000 HP output at 1,406 rpm and with a maximum torque of 5,000 Nm at 1,235 rpm. The engine complies with the latest IMO Tier ll regulations and is convenient in installation and maintenance. With its low fuel consumption the S6R2-T2MPTAW3M is a good fit for work-, fishing-, tugboats and ferries.
